One question that keeps nagging at me is what to do with “stray” tasks which really don’t warrant a project. eg call Deborah regarding xyz…where do you put them? if i just put them in the achieve planner outline view, they will pile up at the bottom…i need a way of creating a daily list which could incorporate these odd tasks. i realise i can use task chooser…..

There are a couple of options described in the book:

    1) Create an ‘Errands’ project where you can capture these kinds of tasks.

    2) Put them in the outline and use Context to tag and filter them as needed.

    3) Consider creating projects for them even if you don’t feel they warrant it. If it truly is something independent that you need to do, this might be the best choice.

You’ll probably want to use a combination of these things.
